It is the policy of Axxis Biometrics to act as our customer's advocate in all cases, especially as it relates to any cases of credit card or identity theft-related transactions on our website. We believe that fraud is the lowest form of cowardice and any criminal caught using our website will be prosecuted to the highest extent allowed by US Law.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment on our website, www.AxxisBiometrics.com. This applies to US Customers only. For each transaction, we will verify Credit Card Number, Billing Address, and CVV2 Number (pending the Bank of Issuance's Policies). The following scenarios may, at our discretion, cause us to delay orders, based upon our ability to make contact with the Purchaser to verify information:
 
  • Different Ship To address than Bill To address
  • Different people's names in Ship To or Bill To
  • Billing Address does not match exactly the address on file with the Credit Card Company or Bank
  • CVV2 Code is invalid

    We will immediately, and at our discretion, cancel any order based on the following:
  • Any obvious act of fraud
  • Inability to contact Purchaser because of invalid phone number entered
  • Invalid email entered
  • Inability to validate the Ship To address of person receiving goods

    We do accept International Customers. Credit cards from Canada, Australia, and Western Europe will, at our discretion, be accepted for manual entry but cannot be automatically ordered on our website. In all cases of orders outside of the United States, we will charge for Shipping and Handling (S&H). In addition, customs, GST, duties, etc are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

    All customers, including those listed above, may purchase through Wire Transfer. Our policy is to receive the money in our bank account is US Dollars ($USD), verify deposit of funds, and then ship once the funds have cleared. We offer no deviation from this policy whatsoever. We consistently review the US State Department's watch list of High Risk countries throughout the World, and may at our discretion, elect to not do business with Purchasers in countries on that list.     For large US businesses, we may, at our discretion, accept Purchase Orders as a form of securing payment in US dollars. Payment terms are NET 30 with late fees applying when paid past 30 days.
