Specifically, before purchasing a fingerprint door lock, you should consider the following: number of users, temperature requirements, cleanliness of fingers, FAR and FRR (see product specifications for details). In short, take your time and talk to us. We’ll help you figure out if biometrics is right for your situation. The basic rule is that you need to have a well defined fingerprint ridge pattern for a fingerprint sensor to consistently recognize your fingerprint.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship by UPS because of their excellent tracking and insurance software.
When will my lock arrive?
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on where you live, your order should arrive anywhere from 5-10 days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition we accept PayPal and Wire Transfer. No terms are extended at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as it has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel after it has been shipped, refer to our Return Policy.
If I’m uncomfortable ordering on the internet, can I call you with my order?

NO WAY. We firmly believe in the privacy of our customers. We will not provide outside parties with any customer information for promotional, commercial, or profitable usage of any kind.
Why do you need that additional 3-digit CVV/ 4-digit CVV code from my credit card?
Here again, it’s for security purposes. We are making sure that you have the credit card on your person before release an order. If, for example, someone got a copy of your credit card statement (which has your credit card number and address on it), they would still be unable to purchase on our site because they don’t have the 3 digit/4 digit code off the card itself.
